1. Any fraudulent behavior of a member is cause for automatic dismissal from the program. This is pertaining to, but not limited to, fraudulent PayPal receipts, altered emails for "proof of purchase", point requests for visits not done etc.
2. NO spam allowed.
3.Payment for purchases made at sponsor sites will not be posted until payment has been processed-ex. money orders or checks will have to be received by the sponsor before those points are approved
4. Accounts NOT active for four months will be deleted and you lose your points accumulated.
5. Changes: Changes that the members would like to see, must be authorized by management. Members must have permission to make changes or alterations to program (i.e.: new message board, etc.)
6. This program was designed to be fun and for others to meet new friends. Due to this, these following rules will be STRICTLY enforced.
6a. Members will not be allowed to slander another member of the program by any form of electronic means (meaning, but not pertaining to: Instant Messages or email, online party room chats).
6b. If a complaint is made pertaining to a member of the program, it will be investigated to the best of management's ability. Since the Internet is "very" easy to deceive with electronic means, all those involved will be questioned.
6c. If a complaint is found to be valid:
First complaint: the member involved will receive an email warning.
Second complaint: the member will be suspended from the program for 30 days, with no activity allowed. Your account will be locked. No points awarded for 30 days.
Third complaint: automatic dismissal from the program and you lose ALL points earned up to that point.
7.Message Board:
7a. The message board will not be used for slander.
7b. Message(s) will not contain profanity, of any kind.
7c. Message(s) found to be offensive, will be deleted. Rule 7c. applies.
Online Party Involvement:
Although sponsors do hold online parties, management cannot be responsible for shipment of items awarded during parties, unless it is a party we have scheduled. Members attending these parties should make sure a email has been sent to the sponsor, who donated a winning item. Follow up to an item won, is the member's responsibility.
When attending an online party, I would hope that a member of the program does act accordingly. Mentioning the program name in a party room, does associate you to the program. Any member found to have misrepresented the program, in any way, will be removed the program.
8. If you disagree with any of the terms, you may cancel your account and forfeit your points.
Management reserves the right to remove any member without warning at their discretion for breaking any of the above terms of service

We have no tolorence of SPAM as a method of promoting your Pie Points referral links. We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages. All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join Pie Points in the future.
You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way. If you want to use our promotional banners for your website you must upload them to your server.
All personal information is stored in the Pie Points database and will not be sold or given away to third parties. You give Pie Points permission to send you newsletters regarding our program.
If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not join Pie Points. If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated.
